Former Professor of Statistics with over 40 years of experience in applied statistics and consulting.

I provide statistical consulting and expert witness services for attorneys, businesses, and organizations. My work includes statistical analysis, evaluation of data and methodology, and the preparation of clear, defensible findings for decision-making and legal proceedings.

Expert Witness & Litigation Support

I provide independent statistical analysis and expert services in support of litigation. Engagements include:

  • Review and critique of opposing expert reports
  • Statistical analysis of data relevant to legal claims
  • Preparation of expert reports for submission to court
  • Deposition and trial testimony

Experience includes cases involving employment discrimination, insurance fraud, contract disputes, medical billing, inventory and financial disputes, and statistical sampling with extrapolation of results.

Work has supported cases through summary judgment, settlement, and trial.

I am available for both consulting and testifying roles and work with counsel to determine the most appropriate level of involvement based on the needs of the case.
